HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM GROUP TRAINING?

Personal Training sessions are very intricate and are focused very keenly on your goal, progression of your workout intensity, nutrition guidance specific to you & more interaction (hence, more flow of information) on a daily basis!

Each Session will be a 1 Hour Fulfilling Session! In the very first session, we sit with the client to discuss his/her fitness goals and explain accordingly how we are going to work together to achieve the same!
