WE GUIDE EVERY MOVE OF YOURS! Our Personal Training is strictly limited to ONLY 1-2 participants in a session, so that the trainer can focus on you, instruct the technique, posture alignment & engagement of every exercise you do and also interact with you constantly.

Exercise Session Structure
Online sessions on zoom, 1 hour a day, 3 days every week.
We will be doing different exercise patterns on each day of the week.
1 – HIIT / Tabata / Circuit Training / Equipment
2 – Yoga Session
3 – Exploration Session for New Poses / Workouts / Variations

It isn’t just exercise!
Don’t leave any loose ends w.r.t your health! Though exercise plays a major role, it isn’t just exercise that can keep you happy & fit all your life. To let you know more about important life style factors that can affect your journey, we will be scheduling 1:1s as per the need. Utilize these 1:1s to ask any queries you have w.r.t your daily routine.

What if you miss a session?
Recorded sessions are provided everyday whether you miss it or not. That means, you can use the recording to repeat the same session on the other days on your own.
