Program Structure :

✔ 1-to-1 Live Interactive Zoom Sessions
✔ Total of 7 Wellness Sessions spread over 3 months
✔ Each session takes up to ~ 1 Hour
✔ Enough time given for knowledge transfer & to figure out next steps
✔ 7th session is the culmination session to summarize the learnings
✔ You can also choose to repeat the program once the 7th session ends
