All you need to know

WE GUIDE EVERY MOVE OF YOURS! This is NOT some random large group session where you try to copy the trainer without any feedback. Our personal group is strictly limited to ONLY 2-5 participants, so that the trainer can instruct the technique, posture, alignment & engagement of every exercise you do.

Simple Exercise Session Structure
Online Group sessions on zoom, 1 hour a day, 3 days every week. These are Personal Small Group sessions & are strictly limited to 2-5 participants, so that we can focus on each one of you.

What if you miss a session?
Recorded sessions are provided everyday whether you miss it or not. That means, you can use the recording to repeat the same session on the other days on your own.

It isn’t just exercise!
Don’t leave any loose ends w.r.t your health! Though exercise plays a major role, it isn’t just exercise that can keep you happy & fit all your life. To let you know more about this, we have Special Discounts to people who undertake this program. Checkout this link for more details!

Personal Interaction is important for us!
The trainer will have a 1:1 session with you to teach you basic posture elements & explain intricate details of the process and also to know your fitness level to be able to guide you properly 🙂

1 – HIIT / Tabata / Circuit Training
2 – Yoga Session
3 – Exploration Session for New Poses / Workouts / Variations
